Yoga & Sound Healing Practice + Kneipp Foot Bath

Breathing with the mountains is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a sense of grounding and openness.

Together, we will enjoy a gentle Hatha Yoga practice focused on presence, stability, and expansion, followed by a deeply relaxing sound journey with harmonic instruments to restore balance and inner calm.

After the practice, those who wish are welcome to refresh with a natural Kneipp foot bath in the mountain stream.

We'll then have the option to gather for breakfast or a light snack at Emm Spitz Restaurant (optional and not included in the participation fee).
